Special Notes
1. Underscores are used to separate differing sections of the naming convention; e.g. Project Type, Project Name, Submittal Package, Document Title, Version
2. Hyphens are used to provide more detail within the _DocumentTitle_ section of the naming structure. Follow the standard naming conventions listed above and use a hypen to provide more details;
e.g. "_PermitFinal-CalTrans_", "_PermitFinal-SDCounty_", etc.
3. Projects with multiple TL's and/or Poles are to be separated by hyphens and commas. Include TL for all Tie Lines and Z for all poles in _ProjectName_ section;
e.g. "_TL691-TL698-Z41021_", "TL626-Z371513-Z371515,Z371517_", "_TL634-Z16620-Z16621_", etc.
4. When attaching emails in SharePoint, attach PDF versions and include "Email" in the first part of the Document Title;
e.g. "CMP_TL634-Z16518_90%Design_Email-CrossarmAppr_V1.pdf"
5. EPIC's are to be uploaded in Final Design Packages. The EPIC documents are to replace only documents in Constuction Packages and include "EPIC" in the first part of the Document Title
of the EPIC Construction Package ; e.g. "CMP_TL634-Z16518_FinalDesign_EPIC-ConstrPkg.pdf".
6. Unless otherwise instructed, all documents are to be versioned beginning with V1 . If a document gets updated, it shall be renamed to the next version in sequence, following the same naming
convention as the previous version; e.g. "CMP_TL634-Z16518_60Design_ExistingStrReport_V1.pdf, CMP_TL634-Z16518_60Design_ExistingStrReport_V2.pdf", etc.
