Representative Design Engineer from M.A.S.L for Proposed Moragolla Power

Plant Dam Design

Dear Sir
This is forward to your kind consideration, I have been nominated as a representative
engineer on behalf of M.A.S.L to engage with dam designing process of proposed Moragolla
Power Plant, but according to letter (MHP/PD/PR/01/17-003) dated on 27/07/2017 from the
Project Director for proposed Moragolla Power Plant Project, M.A.S.L has agreed to nominate
an engineer having eight years of design experience, but I have three years of design
experience out of six years of total service in M.A.S.L.

Moreover, as per a telephone conversation held with Project Director of Moragolla Power
Plant project, I have been informed, all the design activities will be carried out at the design
office in Gampola & I will have to be reside in Gampola area for at least several months, due
to my personal reasons I have very difficult to live in out of Colombo for such a period.
Therefore I kindly request you to take necessary actions to call off my nomination for said
purpose.
