Requirement Overview
PSAV Purchasing has a requirement to Mass upload Item Price Changes in Oracle for US Inventory Organization.
List price of items in US inventory Organization MST shall be updated as per the Items need price update.xlsx
provided by Business.
Items need price update.xlsx is attached here with.

Items need price

Only Items having Active item status shall be considered for price update.
Both Capital item and Expense item - User Item types are included in the list for price update.

Proposed Solution
The proposed solution will involve developing a script to update Oracle Item master with price changes.
Only the List price of items in US inventory Organization MST shall be updated. Canada inventory Organization
CAN is excluded.
Script will be run first in DEVELOPMENT instance. Unit test and validations will be done by the functional team.
After the unit test, Script will be run in UAT instance. Data in UAT will be tested and validated by the business users.
Upon user approval, script will be moved to PRODUCTION instance.

Field LIST_PRICE_PER_UNIT in Table MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B will be updated.
