•   Taught with and observed Kelly Cheney and Lauren Pariott in a co-taught language arts
class and Laura Finney in science. Took over the class in lesson planning and teaching.
•   Collaborated with 8th grade teachers, attended staff meetings, IEP meetings, RTI, and
parent meetings/conferences.
•   Managed classroom behavior and supervised students to create a safe and productive
learning environment
•   Strengthen teaching abilities by practicing teaching methods and reflecting on student
learning outcomes

FIELD EXPERIENCE
300+ hours in various classrooms: Fall 2015-2018
•   Completed field experience hours in classrooms surrounding Ada, Ohio.
•   Learned classroom management techniques
•   Gained knowledge on giving and analyzing phonics and literary assessments
•   Prepared and taught lessons in grades 5-8 in science and language arts
•   Developed interpersonal relationships with students of low socioeconomic status

in a classroom.
