With reference to the above matter, we are pleased to submit herewith our consultancy
fee proposal for your kind consideration.

SCOPE OF WORKS

1. Architectural Plans
- To establish the renovation drawings as per owner design c/w professional
endorsement. The said plans only use for Fire Certificate Purpose.

- To follow up and liason with the fire authority on the submitted plan status.

2. Fire Fighting System Plans

- To establish the renovation drawings for the fire fighting system as per owner
design c/w professional endorsement. The said plans only use for Fire
Certificate Purpose.

- To follow up and liason with the fire authority on the submitted plan status.

CONSULTATION FEE AND PAYMENT TERMS

Our consultation fee for the above work scope is as below:-

- Architectural Plans RM 4000.00

- Fire Fighting Plans RM 4000.00

Total: RM 8000.00

(Malaysia Ringgit: Eight Thousand Only)

Payment Terms for the above fee:-

20%- Upon Appointment

40%- Upon Submission of Architectural Drawing

40%- Upon Submission of M&E Drawing
