HURONSAUGA GOLF CLUB – SCRAMBLE TOURNAMENT RULES

Foursome “captains” are responsible for scoring and handing in their playing foursome’s scorecard.
Each player in the foursome will tee-off on every hole.
The captain will mark the position of the preferred tee shot and players will play their second shot
from that location. A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 drives per player may be selected.
In the event that fewer than four players are in a group, an additional shot must be rotated among the
players in the team.
Play will continue in this fashion until any member of the foursome holes-out on the green.
The team receives a score for the hole, not the individual member. No hole may be scored at more
than twice its par value.
Lowest team score wins. Ties will be broken via regression method, beginning on the final hole and
working backward.
No mulligans, no gimmies!
