prior to adoption,etc. on life of adoptee,sexual assault or of opening succession - 10 yrs.
*Adoptee shall be considered legitimate abandonment & failure to comply unless 75 yrs. Old - 5 yrs.
son/daughter of adopter & shall have w/parental obligations.
reciprocal rights of succession w/o
distinction fr. Legitimate filiation.
