Based off of the information that I learned about the daily calories that I need, I would be hitting my max for the day if I ate two Back Yard Burger meals. The most nutritious meal for me would surprisingly be the McDonalds meal. In order to eat more than one meal without reaching my total calories and DRV's for the day, it would benefit me the most to eat the meal with the lowest calories. The least nutritious meal for me would be the one from Back Yard Burger. Eating just one of these meals would put me in the middle of my total calories and almost to the max for my total fats and sodium for the day. Burger my total ld be the tal fats
