Subject: Expand the working space from Km43+040-KM43+320 and Km43+380-Km43+460 .
Reference is made to the discussion on site meeting held on 20th December 2018 ,due to the steep mountain at
above section ,our mechanical equipment can not be safely constructed without enough working space ,which
may lead to accidents, therefore we propose to expand the working space from the design toe point by 10m for
above section ,we hereby submit the construction drawing for your confirmation and approval .
