THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before this Court pursuant to a trial setting, and the parties

having reached a settlement of all matters raised in the Complaint, and the Court being advised in the

premises, finds that the tenns of the settlement should be affirmed .

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT:

I. Judgment is hereby entered against Defendant Fisher TranspOiiation and Construction,

Inc. in the amount of $58.320.00, plus prejudgment interest at the statutory rate of 8% in the amount of

$22,550.40, for a total judgment in the amount of $80,870.40, plus cou1i costs . Post-judgement interest

will accrue at the rate of 8%.

2. Renna Fisher is hereby dismissed with prejudice.

3. All other claims, demands and counterclaims which were, or which cou ld have been,

asserted arising from the transactions which formed the basis of this lawsuit are hereby dismissed with

prejudice and forever barred.
