Bank of Montreal Contract


Systems Analyst July 2014–Present
 Migrated over 40 branch locations throughout Canada from a Windows 2003 Cluster running on HP hardware to
Dell hardware running Windows 2008 R2 Clustering. This included performing the following tasks at each branch
location
-Installing and configuring the Dell Power Vault MD3400 Storage Array.
-Building out the Windows 2008 Cluster on two Dell PowerEdge R620 Servers.
-Installing and configuring proprietary applications.
-Installing and configuring HP and Lexmark printers into the newly created cluster.
-Migrating data from the old cluster into the new using Robocopy.
-Performing final cutovers to the new hardware at each branch location.
 Provided support and back fill for the senior BMO OPS file and print team.
 Migration of print spoolers and queues to new hardware in a clustered environment.
 Migrated users home data from Windows 2003 file servers to Windows 2008 R2 and updated profile paths and
security groups as needed.

Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA)
 Part of a unique IT team that developed and supported technologies to be used in the new terminal at Pearson
International airport. This unique team worked within an IT budget in excess of one million dollars.
 Participated in a rotating support team that provided 7/24 hour support to GTAA staff, as well as the Airport
Operations Control Center.
 Created and implemented a high level disaster recovery plans including complete documentation and testing.
 Specked HP and Dell Server hardware for projects and once delivered built racked tested and installed new HP and
dell hardware.
 Administered and supported Microsoft Exchange 2003 in a clustered environment.
 Managed over 1500 mail boxes on Microsoft Exchange server 2003, including setting and monitoring mailbox
messaging thresholds.

 Supported developed expanded and documented the hardware and software on 10 Servers running Baker Systems
which, is the communications hub for the Airport Operations Control Center at Pearson Airport.
