Super-Quick Introduction
Since this is a get-to-the-point book, I won’t spend much time talking. If you
have this, you’ve watched the entire Holy Basil webinar. If not, here is where
you can watch it.
Holy basil is my ace-in-the-hand herb for stress relief. In this e-booklet, I'm
going to share some of my favorite, easy to make holy basil smoothies and
juices.
I'm hope you'll find this herb just as amazing as I have.

How to Use Holy Basil

Each individual has different requirements. I suggest you start small and then
increase the amount as needed.
1/16-1/8 of a teaspoon is usually good to start, then you can increase as you see
fit.
Please check with a health care practitioner if you're pregnant or taking
medication to see if holy basil is appropriate for your situation.
