Used Excel to correct and input data and managed invoices when needed through the company’s
personal interface.
Scanned charts and other documents so they were easier to find and were more organized onto the
computer rather than in a filing cabinet.
Filed documents in the appropriate order and any odd end jobs to help the company run smoothly.
Maintained up-to-date knowledge of gym policies regarding payment plans and gym regulations, also
resolved client conflicts to prevent loss of membership accounts.
