AMICABLE SETTLEMENT

We, complainant and respondent in the above-captioned case, do

hereby agree to settle our dispute as follows:

(1) Respondent will vacate the premises of the leased property

within five (5) days starting from the date of the Amicable
Settlement;

(2) Complainant will return the remainder of the deposit made

by respondent deducting the equivalent amount of the
duration of her stay from the day after the expiration of
contract until today;

(3) That the duration of her stay, from the day after the
expiration of the contract until today, will be computed on a
daily basis rate (11,000 divided by 30 multiplied by the
duration of respondent’s stay) and be deducted to the deposit
to determine how much more the Complainant should
return; and

(4) The remains of the deposit of Respondent is Four Thousand

One Hundred Eighteen Pesos (Php4,118.00).
 And bind ourselves to comply honestly and faithfully with the
above terms of settlement.
