A Semi- Detailed Lesson Plan in TLE Bread and Pastry for Grade 8
I. OBJECTIVE
At the end of the lesson, the students shall be able to:
a. Identify the different baking tools and
b. Classify the baking tools s according to their uses
c. Share the importance of identifying the different baking tools and equipment’s with their
uses in bread and pastry production.
III. PROCEDURE
A. Routinary Matter:
-Prayer
-Greetings
-Checking the attendance
B. Review: Review the last topic about baking tools and equipments and their uses
C. Motivation: I will need 10 students to volunteer and then will identify the tools and classify
it according to their uses.
D. Lesson Proper
1. Abstraction
Identify the baking tools.
2. Applications
Classify the baking tools according to their uses.
3. Value Integration
Appreciate and value the importance of baking tools.
E. Activity
Class will be divided into three groups. Each group will choose one representative
in every question or round to answer. Group that get high score will be automatically
declared as winner.
F. Generalization
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to identify, classify, appreciate and
value the importance of baking tools and their uses.
IV. EVALUATION:
Directions: Classify the following tools based on their usage. Write the letter of your answer in
the space before the number.
A. Preparatory tools B. Mixing tools C. Cutting tools
D. Measuring tools E. Baking Pans
