Ms. Fricke isin her second year teaching at Half Hollow Hills CSD. This year, she is teaching Math 7 and Math AIS
66. Her participation in school/ community has increased. Ms. Fricke has been the Math Falr Advisor and is now
‘advising Grade 7 Rising Stars forthe first time. Additionally, she works with colleagues on West Hollow's Social
Committee. She routinely collaborates with members of the Math Department to align curriculum and plan
‘engaging lessons.
Fostaring a growth mindset, Ms. Fricke coaches students through discovery activities and provides opportunities
for students to struggle, problem solve and persevere in a supportive environment. Recently, she has incorporated
NearPod, an educational web based product, which allows students to receive digital notes and worksheets, add
their own work and submit back to the teacher for discussion or scoring
Ms. Ficke's clas is one of mutual respect among teacher and students, she plans detalled lessons and manages
‘lassroom time to maximize learning opportunities. Ms. Fricke uses the Remind App, as well as, Infinite Campus to
‘communicate with students and parents about classroom activities and student progress. HM administration
Supports Ms. Fricke's desire to share useful Apps with members of West Hollow. Ms. Fricke Is effective/highly
‘effective in all components of the District's Performance Appraisal
