Dear Sir,
With reference to the recent meeting and its discussions, I would like express my apology to the
Spice Village Restaurant management related to the recent issues and I would like commit to the
following:
- Continue working with Spice Village Restaurant until the expiry of the current
employment visa and will perform my duties based on the instructions provided by the
Management time to time.

- Confirm my agreement to work with any of the Group outlets in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi

- Will work in any duty shift assigned and will work closely with other staff and the
Restaurant Manager

- Will abide with rules and regulations of the company and also ensure to follow company
accommodation policy.
I shall try to my best perform my duties and provide necessary support to management to
increase sale of the restaurant.

Subject: Guarantee Letter for AED 3,000 (Three thousand)

Dear Sir,
I hereby agreed to take the responsibility of paying back AED 3,000 to Spice Village Restaurant
LLC in case of Mr. Lipin Pappachan Pullancheria is not returned back to UAE and resume his
normal duties after his annual leave.
I am aware that the Mr. Lipin Pappachan Pullancheria is travelling to India on 27th February 2018
and will return to UAE on 21st March 2018.
AED 3,000 can be deducted through my salary by six installments of AED 500 starting April 2018
to September 2018 if Mr. Lipin Pappachan Pullancheria is not returned back to UAE and resume
his duties at Spice Village Restaurant.
This letter will not be valid once Mr. Lipin Pappachan Pullancheria is returned back to UAE and
reported back to his duties at Spice Village Restaurant.
