Honeydew Melon Sorbet

Honeydew Melon
1 T. Lemon or Lime Juice
Sugar to taste

Prepare honeydew melon by cutting in half, scooping out seeds, then cutting melon into bite size
pieces. Places pieces into a food processor. Add 1 T. lemon or lime juice and sugar to taste, if a
sweeter taste is desired. Pulse until smooth. Pour into a shallow 9” x 13” baking dish and freeze for
several hours until firm. Once firm, you can use an ice cream scoop to scoop the sorbet into bowls for
serving.
