Blackberry Sorbet

4 Cups Blackberries
½ Cup Coconut Milk
Sugar to taste

Prepare blackberries by pressing through a strainer to remove seeds. Add Coconut Milk, and sugar to
taste, mixing well until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a shallow 9” x 13” baking dish and freeze for
several hours until firm. Once firm, you can use an ice cream scoop to scoop the sorbet into bowls for
serving.
