How to get sponsors?

First of all you have to make a proposal for sponsorship. Then try to target those companies in which
you have reference (lead). Then meet the right person in that company to have a meeting for
sponsorships. As this person has authority to make decisions. Then introduce your event to that person
and give them proposal in which all the details of the event are mentioned.

Companies usually agree to give sponsorships when they get maximum benefits in terms of marketing
and sales. So we have decided that in addition to target the traditional companies we shall target
companies which have developed their apps like uber , careem , foodpanda and GOOLOOTLO.
These companies are usually concerned with the strength of people to sponsor events. There are
around 750 to 800 students in IBIT. So when students download their app these companies earn from
google playstore. Once downloaded , students then use their service whenever they need which in
turn provide sales to their business.

These companies are sponsoring many events as they get maximum benefits like advertisement,
earning from google playstore on number of downloads and when customers use their app, this leads
to their sales generation .
