The much-talked-about Tax Reform for Accelaration and

Inclusion or the TRAIN LAW is finally here.
Many dubbed it to be a blessing for those trying to make
ends meet with their meager salaries, while others
branded the TRAIN LAW as anti-poor beacause it set a
chain of price increases for costumer products.
On December 19, 2017, President Rodrigo Duterte
signed Republic Act RA. 10963 or Tax Reform for
Accelaration and Inclusion or the TRAIN LAW. It provides
for the increase in take-home pay of salaried Filipino by
reducing income tax rates, while increasing and
rationalizing tax rates in other goods and services.

The R.A 10963 is about the accelaration of the taxes

and a inclusion act that theirs a changes n the tax charges
on the product of fuel, and sweetened beverages that
can’t affect the personal income of an individual
according to this act. As we observed, this act is still issue
in anybody, according to the act they accelerate the tax
in able to be an equal in the product that they have
chosen to the costumer but if we think of it, it is an
useless things because if the tax accelerate too. If the
prizes of the product accelerate then the other product
that contain those product can affect also the
acceleration of the prizes.
This act,helps to increase the economic capability of
our country but this act, can affect the business of other
individuals because of the changes of their product,
especially to the individual having a small business.

BORACAY STATUS
 Boracay is one of the nations major tourist destination in
the Philippine. It has a good view and has a reviewing beach.
According to President Rodrigo Duterte he will going to clear
boracay for 6 months because it is a cesspool. He will close it
for rehabilation of the beach. Cause of violation of building and
sevearage regulations by business establishment ,deteriorating
environment conditions.
Waters along the beaches of boracay have experienced
‘’algal bloom’’ which environmentalist and some long time
residents claim to be an indicator of pollution and deteriorating
water conditions. Duterte has directed environment secretary
Roy Cimatu to resolve the environmental issues in the island.
Boracay is a part of the jurisdiction of the town of Malay of
Aklan province. According to Western Visayas regional office of
the Department Of Tourism, Boracay had 2 million tourist in
2017 which accounts for percent of western visayas 5.8 million
tourist arrivals.

 We all know that Boracay is the one of the tourist
spot in the Philippines beacause of its view and has a
releasing beach. It is a right to close the Boracay or it will
continue to open? For me, it is not right to close the
Boracay, we all know that there is a lot of people who is
selling something in Boracay like souveniers and etc. if
they will going to close it many of vendors are not going
to sell anymore, the effect of that are they don’t have
the ability or they cant afford to buy something that they
need because they have no money , they have no works
anymore, it has a lot of effect not only the vendors but
also to the people who always came in Boracay. That
simple thing that they close the Boracay, they don’t
know that a lot of people are affecting of closing it.
