Dear Mark Jones,

As we know, five representatives from CCIM are coming to our next computer design
presentation. From my point of view, it would be perfect to show them the development area
in which we have the latest machines. I think this is a very good idea as they will notice the high
level of quality from our products. On the other side, I would like to recommend David to look
after them, He is very kind, helpful and friendly. Last but not least, I suggest we should give one
of our recent computers to each customer.
