CANCELLATION: - 100% of deposit penalty if cancellation is made a day before arrival, cancellation of whole
package or no show.

- Any cancellation made due to weather by occurrence beyond our control is refundable (natural disaster, airline
strike and weather or tidal condition, etc.) or if such conditions occur, we have the right to divert the tour equivalent
to the tour rate availed.

non-availability and other justified reasons.
•Agency has the right to cancel any tour that does not reach the required minimum number of participants
(at least 12 person per van).
•The agency and its employees, representatives, and tour coordinators shall not be responsible and liable for any
accident, loss, injury, and damage to property in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other
services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or defects of vehicles, breakdown of equipment, acts of
God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delay or cancellation or change in the itinerary.
•Child policy: Maximum of one 4 yrs. old and below is free of charge, sharing bed.
•Please be at the pickup point on or before the designated time. An allowance of only 30 minutes will be given for
late comers. The company has the right to depart without waiting for other participants. In this event, no refunds will
be given for registered participants that does not come in time.
•Pet policy: Pets are not allowed
• No refunds for un-used tours, meals and transfer of service.
