Mari: Hi Carol, thanks you!

Gisele: Hi Carol, how are you? I’m Mari’s friend.
Carol: I’m fine. Nice to meet you Gisele. So, I´m going to present the project of the house. It’s very
modern and spacious. It´s comfortable and I like a lot of the location … in the city center.

Gisele (SLIDE 3 faz voz de desdém): Hmm, very well. However, I don’t like the location. I’m
thinking in something not too far from the city Centre.
Mari (SLIDE 4): The house has a big pool?
Carol (AINDA SLIDE 4): Yes!! It’s private, you can use it freely.
Carol (SLIDE 5): This is the barbecue area.
Gisele (SLIDE 5 faz voz de preocupação): Is the neighborhood dangerous?
Carol (SLIDE 5): No, It’s not. The neighborhood is very safe.

Mari (SLIDE 8): Oh, but I like this! The decor is light. I don’t like grey. I would like to paint the walls
of the TV room.

Mari (SLIDE 8 voz de surpresa): Wow! The pool is huge.
Carol (SLIDE 9, apontando no slide): Here the garage, Tv room, Dining room, kitchen, the rooms
and bathrooms … and the service and recreation areas. I don´t forget the vegetation and
ventilation at all.
Gisele (SLIDE 9): The house is comfortable, but has only three bathroom for four bedroom.
Mari (SLIDE 9): How many bedrooms do you want?
Gisele(SLIDE 9): I want all the suites.
Mari (SLIDE 9): Right! More confortable.
Gisele(SLIDE 9): It’s okay. I like too. And all the best: this house is modern and enough for my big
family.
Mari (SLIDE 9): Great! it’s bright and ventilated. We’ll take it!!
