Abstract

In consumer terms, a bladeless ceiling fan blows air from a ring with no external blades. Its
vanes are hidden in its base and direct the collected airflow through a hollow tube or toroid,
blowing a thin high-velocity smooth airflow from holes or a continuous slot across the surface of
the ceiling. Surrounding air is drawn by motor which placed inside of the fan which hanged by
the ceiling.

Main aspects of the bladeless fan to give noiseless smooth airflow for specific area of room.
Smooth airflow will be delivered by this fan in the uniform of pattern, and it will be
automatically adjust its temperature level according to surrounding humidity level

Brushless DC Motor Bladeless fan alsocalled as Air Multiplier blows air from aring with no exte
rnal blades. It is beingused now as a standard fan for cooling. It doesn't look like a normal fan. On
thecontrary, it is much different fromconventional fans but still it performsbetter than them.

Bladeless fan doesmake use of a fan but in a totallydifferent way.

Bladeless fan comes in two pieces, theouter ring piece and the cylindricalbase which could fit tog
ether in a matter of seconds.

OBJECTIVES
The main objectives of bladeless fan to achieve smooth and noiseless airflow according to
surroundings temperature level. Also it should be energy saving and its cost should not be
higher than conventional fan.
Power dissipation and comfortness should be appropriate as compare to conventional fan.

MAIN COMPONENTS

Outer ring

Cylindrical base

Mixed flow Impeller

Brushless DC Motor

Humidity sensor

Resistors

Capacitors

Regulators
Advantages
1. Energy saving & smooth air flow

2. Sturdydesign & Good material quality

3. Wellbuilt and looks & feels good

4.
Nobuffeting ,Uniform and Constant Airflow ,One can set its off timing inadvance so as to switch
it off latter on its own.

Disadvantages
1 Very expensive

2. Surprisingly loud at higherspeeds .

Conclusion
Perhaps in thefuture, none of our fans will havevisible blades. It is more effective than
conventional fan and power consumption is also less.
