NOTIFICATION HSSC PART-I & II (ANNUAL) EXAMINATION 2019

It is hereby notified for the general information of all concerned that the HSSC Part-I & II (Annual) Examination 2019 of the Board of Intermediate & Secondary
Education Peshawar will commence on Tuesday the 16th April, 2019.
The last date for the receipt of Admission Forms and Fees in the Board Office for the eligible candidates of HSSC Part-I & II (Annual) Examination, 2019 are

Note:-
1. In case of improvement Rs.300/- shall be deposited at the time of receipt of Original Certificate.
2. Head of institution Govt./Private shall have to buy CD instead of hard copy of gazette for Rs 200 and will deposit on separate bank receipt.
3. Institute shall submit online admissions forms on the BISEP Online Portal System and a hard copy of the system generated admission list duly signed by
the head of institution within due date of notification.
4. Private Admission forms of Male/Female candidates shall be accepted with 2 copy (white background) of passport size photograph duly attested by
Principal of HSS/College jurisdiction of BISE, Peshawar. Only computerized forms of the Board will be accepted.
5. Photographs and other documents may be pasted with GLUE, and not be stapled (private candidates only).
6. Regular Roll No slips shall be launched on online portal from 2nd April, 2019.
7. Private candidates Roll Number slips shall be dispatched on their postal address. Those who fail to receive roll number slips in time, duplicate Roll
Number slips shall be issued from 08th to 15th April, 2019 by One Window Section of BISE, Peshawar.

8. No admission under any circumstances will not be accepted either by post or by hand after the prescribed date i.e. 11/03/2019. (Admission form by
post should be sent one week prior to the last date, as no extra time will be given for the receipt of admission forms in the Board Office after the
closing date).
9. Those candidates who had passed HSSC Part-I Examination Annual 2018 from other Boards must submit their verified DMC of their respective Boards
with Part-II admission form of HSSC Annual Examination 2019.
