I am a 36 years old male, good behavior and excellent health. I am a graduated with predicate very
satisfactory from Diploma (D4) at Department of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment PPNS -ITS,
2009 with GPA 3.36 (scale 4) I am a highly motivated person, strong sense of responsibility and initiative, able
to work in individual and in team. New places, new adventure, new people, solving problems and challenging
situation are always interesting to me and I am eager to learn something about them.

I have excellent skills in computer and familiar with MS. Office application. I have experience work 6
years at production and 6 years Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Division. Now my last position
safety engineer at PT. Energi Agro Nusantara (bioethanol plant).
