COMPANY BACKGROUND

Fabes Cafe Sdn.Bhd is a company that provides cafeteria online ordering services.This company
provides various type of food,drink and snacks.The company headquarters at Penang and have two
more franchise at Kota Bharu and Kuala Lumpur.It was founded by Faiz Irfan Bin Rozahi and assisted
by Adam Bin Iberahim. This two young pioneer is ex student of UiTM Bukit Besi ,Terengganu. The
founder, Faiz which was an engineer at Petronas has a hidden talent at cooking any kind of food.
After retired at young age from Petronas, Faiz intrested to open his own bussines.He realised that
nowdays society preferred their food to be delivered instead of buy them at restaurant or cook it at
home. Fortunely,his roommate from college Adam Bin Iberahim loved to help him and to persue his
dream. Adam who has experienced handled marketing department at cosmetic company suggested
that better use online order because its cheap and save time. Then they become partner. They get
RM 100 000 from CIMB Bank. Lot of friend and family hesitated of his idea and effort, but after three
years operating, their income has increases and manages to open two new franchise at Kota Bharu
and Kuala Lumpur.

SYSTEM BACKGROUND
This system is used because to reserve the systematic and more efficient way for our customers and
staff to order food from our websites. Our company provides various of food, drinks and snacks. Its
also include online service, payable service and delivery service.

Beside that, our company also has a systematic and effective management which makes our
company business went clearly.We have lot of staff that work constantly and they wiil get year end
bonus if their performance was outstanding and constant.Our food is delicious and famished , this
factor that influenced customers to choose our website. We also has a quality control deprtment
that receives any complain about our services and delivery. We always provides the best services for
our customers because we aiming is to give the best product and services in Malaysia.

SYSTEM OBJECTIVE
Our system objective is to provide a well-known medium which is online ordering for our customer
to choose and purchase our products.They can choose various types of meal and drinks based on
what they desire.The system also display the price of their meal before and after discount and GST
tax and also delivery charges.This will allow the customers to compare the lowest price that our
company provide with other company.The system will need the customer to enter their address for
delivery service.The system will also give a free gift of snacks for every purchase above RM 50.00.

SYSTEM DATA
There are some system data that the customers need to key in before purchase. Firstly, customers
need to choose their type of meal such as breakfast, lunch, dinner,dessert, snacks, or custom choice.
Secondly, the system will suggest a few set of meal based on their type of meal. If they choose
custom choice, they have option to choose vast type of food that our company provides.Thirdly, the
system will need the customer to choose their type of drink such as hot, cold, blended, or juice
drinks. The system will display some option of drinks for the customers to purchase.Thirdly, the
system will need the customer to enter their name and address. Fourthly, the system will ask the
customers to choose their payment type whether using cash, credit card or cash transfer.The system
will calculate their total cost an if it is above RM 50.00, the system will ask the customers to choose
free gift of snacks. Lastly, the system will ask the customers whether they aggree or not with the
purchasement.
