The Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte has an importation of donated

goods in a shipment from Long Beach, USA with ______________ as the donor.

The said shipment contains textbooks which redound to the interest of

the Province of Ilocos Norte. In this regard, may we respectfully request that
the said goods or shipment be exempt from payment of customs duties and
taxes. I feel that with your grant of this request we can pursue development
efforts in order for the Provincial Government carry on with its task of
promoting and enhancing education for the underprivileged.
