o Favorite Folders – quick and easy access to folders you
o Mainly used to:

 Safe Senders List
o Where you can add the messages from certain senders that
are going to the junk e-mail folder.
o Any messages from that sender will go the inbox without
filtering.
o To Add a User to the SSL:
1. Right-click the message
2. Select Junk e-mail.
3. Select Add sender to Safe Senders List
o Blocked Senders List
 These are senders that are blocked.
 It is just the same way as adding a user to SSL but
you will select Add Sender to Blocked Senders List on
the 3rd step.
 Other Options for Junk Mail
o Add Sender’s Domain to Safe Senders List
 Future messages coming from anyone within
domain will go to your inbox, eg.@csu.edu.ph
o Add Recipient to Safe Senders List
 List Serve – it is like a distribution list
 Any message that is sent to the List Serve will not
be treated as Junk.
o Mark as ‘Not Junk’
 If you right-clicked a message and marked it as Not
Junk, then it will move back to your inbox.
o Junk e-mail options
 A window will open just to deal with your junk e-
mail.
