Students shall be allowed to register for only 1 (One) OC or HM Course in one semester. 2. The registration of all OCs courses offered by various departments shall be done offline 3. Students should note that the registration done for OC or HM type course shall rnot be changed or cancelled in any circumstances. 4. Forevery OC or HM course maximum 120 students willbe allowed to be registered (unless notified separotely) 5, The registration for “Introduction to Entrepreneurship” course shall be done offline separately by the course coordinator. Option for this course shall not be ‘mentioned in the application form. 6. The students interested in registering for other OC or HM (other than Introduction to Entrepreneurship) should give their application (in the enclosed format only) to the Examination Section with maximum of 10 preferences for OCs lor HM along with their CGPA, Requests for change in options after submission of application will not be considered in any case. 7. Last_date_of_submission_of _a n_form (in_prescribed format) is 18/03/2019. Application received late will not be considered in any case. 8. Students will be selected on the basis of preference given by them and CGPA (W18/RW18). Provisional list of selected students for the course shall be displayed on the Institute Website (Tentatively on 27/03/2019) 9. Ifthe student does not get the 1st preferred OC or HM course as per preference, then he / she may be given the next preference option mertioned in the OC or HM Application form. So before applying to any OC or HM course please be sure ‘that you really want take the OC or HM in the order of preference mentioned by you. 10. No online registration for these OC or HM courses will be is taken into consideration. 11. Students doing online registration (later for other courses) should make sure that the number of courses including the allotted OC/HM course should not exceed 6 theory courses.
