2. PRICE AND TERM OF NEGOTIATION:

The prices are FOB Cartagena, Colombia USD 550 M3 Cumaru and USD 600 M3
Balsamo

The term Incoterms can change if agreed between the parties.

3. PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

60% Advance payment at the beginning of the negotiation. 40% Against scanned
documents.

4. SHIPMENT/DELIVERY:

- Loading port: Cartagena, Colombia.

- Discharging port: To be confirmed.

5. ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS DELIVERED:

- 03 originals and 03 copies set of clean on board ocean Bill of Lading.

- 03 original signed Commercial Invoice.

- 03 original signed detailed Packing Lists in centimeter measurement.

- 01 original and 01 copy Certificate of Origin, issued by competent authority.

- 01 original and 01 copy of Phytosanitary Certificate, issued by competent authority.

6. RESPONSIBILITY:

- We will send to the email the photos of the loading of the containers before boarding,
where the number of the containers and the security seals are identified.

- We will send final detailed packing lists, documents corresponding to the load for
verification and approval prior to the issuance of the originals.

- We will send photographic record of the inspection of the containers in the port of
shipment.
