David and Goliath: Underdogs, Misfits, and the Art of

Battling Giants.
Over the years we have heard the story of David and Goliath, however, within
the story there are different aspects that are not told, and we do not get to know the
story completely. David had abilities that other people were not able to detect, and
Goliath, despite his advantages over others, had weaknesses that were not known.
David used his abilities to surprise Goliath who was not expected to act that way.

That's why the importance of first detecting our weaknesses is an important

aspect, from this we can determine actions to make our disadvantages an advantage
and in turn understand that as an advantage can sometimes become a
disadvantage.

It is normal to think or imagine that our life will be a straight line towards the
achievement of success, for most people that is impossible, there will be times when
we have positive gusts and in which we have negative streaks. Therefore, the
importance of knowing how to convert our weaknesses into strengths and
adaptability.

This gives us a way to understand the inverted u, which is basically that

getting more than something has benefits, but only to a certain point, after that point
the benefits disappear and if the benefits continue to accumulate, they will end up
causing damage.

This idea is based on another study in which shows that people believe that,
having fewer students in the classrooms, the quality of education will be better,
however, that is not true, if the number of students is very low or if the number of
students is very high, the quality of education falls.
On many occasions, turning that disadvantage into an advantage requires
first of all the idea that I have to see it as desirable in order to establish challenges,
and once I have to face those challenges, they will help us work on our confidence,
and try things that, despite not wanting to do it, carry it out, just have confidence to
do it. Trust oversees giving us that courage to face situations in which we do not feel
very comfortable.
