Exploring my options after high school, I first moved to Ottawa to attend Carleton
University studying the Psychology degree program. Although, after the end of the first
semester, I transferred into the Art history degree program. After completing my first year
there, I ultimately moved back to Kingston.

Currently a student enrolled in the Child and Youth Care program at St.Lawrence College,
Kingston, Ontario. This program focuses on building therapeutic relationships,
understanding development and recognizing behaviours within children and youth.

❖ Worked as a hostess and server, both as day staff and dinner staff

❖ Throughout the summer of 2014, I volunteered at Extend-A-Family which is a summer
camp for children and youth with developmental disabilities.

❖ Throughout the school year of 2015-2016, I would volunteer at the YMCA asa group
leader for children interested in creative art and crafts.

SU MM ER SMARTS ART DAY CAMP, Q UEENS UNIVERSITY — 2015


❖ During the summer of 2015, I volunteered at the Agnes Etherington Arts Centre in their
Summer Sm’ART’s day camp for children and youth ages 8-12.

❖ This camp was mainly focused of exploration of different creative mediums with children.
