    AFFIDAVID OF SUSPECT

    1.EDWARD NIKKO CALABIA, Filipino, of legal age , single and a resident at No. 69 Alangilan ,
    Batangas city. After having duly sworn to in accordance with the law , hereby depose and say.
    2. That I did not kill IVAN JAMES CASTILLIO
    3.The last March 13, 2019 , where the incident happen I was at my home.
    4.About 1:00 noon of the same date I was in Baymall buying some food to celebrate my Father
    Birthday.
    5. At about 6:00 am 15 March 2019, Police Batangas came into my house giving the Warrant of
    Arrest and bring me in Batangas City Police Station.
    a.) I did not kill Ivan James Castillio
    b.)The pistol CALIBER $% Bullet seen in crime are not mine.
