In a special meeting held on February 21, 2019 convened solely for the purpose of
requesting permission from the body to construct a mini covered court with stage, the Board has
come out with the following Board Resolution:

BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 2, SERIES OF 2019

WHEREAS, the school has no appropriate venue for extra-curricular and other outdoor activities
for students.

WHEREAS, Marilog High School of Agriculture needs the covered court for the improvement
of the school facilities and holistic development of students as well.

WHEREAS, the water supply is also needed by the students for their personal and hygienic
consumption.

WHEREAS, the school also needs the water supply for the maintenance of the Gulayan sa
Paaralan, Organic Agriculture Production activities, and other related programs.

WHEREAS, Marilog High School of Agriculture is requesting permission from the Matigsalug,
Manobo, Tribal People’s Council of Elders, Inc. (MAMATRIPCEDI) to utilize the spring water
supply of Mt. Malambo-Gamay.
