Delhi's Air Pollution Emergency:
India is the most polluted air in the world and almost their cities was under safe zone. But
lately, India have improve their air quality from 'Very Poor' levels to 'Poor' reading, but it is
still far from being safe. With an Air Quality Index of 240, Delhi is still 9 times higher than
the prescribed safe limits. At the certain place such as Ghaziabad show the air quality index
at 265 and Noida at 256 before this. Today the air quality showed an improvement marginally
but it still under the safe limits. The most poor air quality are in Muzaffarpur then followed
by Varanansi, Kolkata and others more. Because of this air pollution, most of country were
closed their university and school for safety towards students but in India, there still open the
institute although the pollution are very dangerous.

India reporter’s make a comparison between Delhi and Califonia. Although the Air Quality
Index in 250-400 range, school and the colleges still open. But different with California
which when Air Quality Index only on 90, there closed their university for safety and also
gives a free masks to people. It can be seem, India was not take a serious matter about health.
In United State, their government really concern about people safety especially their student,
so the university authorized have cancelled the lecturer until the air quality become in good
condition. Then, students will be more alert about their health and be more prepared to go out
with their bike by wearing a masks.
The ideas to cope this air pollution by ban a cars on the road. But it is not a major solution
because by banned a cars on road will only effect for a while and not long lasting. India’s
people should change their attitude by reducing a free burning to the air. Furthermore, India’s
government need to increase their law and amercement againts the factory that not followed
air quality rules.
In conclusion, India country should be able to reduce a car on a road to for avoiding more
carbon monoxide relaease in the air which can cause critical air pollution. In the picture
above can describe how poor air quality in India. The vision for the driver only 30% to 40%
only which accident can occurred. So, the government in India should play their roles on how
to reduce air pollution and people also need to care their attitude among the environment.
