Bone density is normal.
Bone alignment is normal.
Plates and screws in situ aligning proximal humeral fracture with
moderate callous formation noted.
Joint spaces and articular margins are normal.
No lytic / sclerotic lesions noted.
No evidence of any erosion or eburnation seen.
No evidence of fracture seen.
Soft tissues are normal.

IMPRESSION:
HEALING FRACTURE

CORRELATE CLINICALLY AND FOLLOW UP.
