During my internship as a recruiting associate, I was responsible of networking with future

graduates with electronic and chemical related majors and help my supervisor filter potential
employees for future recruitment.

I was also responsible of going through the whole production process as any other intern, and I
have to file a report to my supervisor about my experience with the department I was working
with, along with any issues that may occur to other interns and potential solutions towards those
issues.

Community Service
Mar 2013 – May 2013, Kaohsiung City

I was part of a team of students that went to a rural primary school in Kaohsiung City to teacher
local students basic English twice a week. During the time, I learned how to resolve conflicts
within teams. I was able to resolve more than a few conflicts within our team since there were
many opinions about education approaches to local students. Through numerous discussions, my
team came up with more than one solutions that satisfied all opinions.

Volunteering
Feb 2014 – Apr 2019, Kaohsiung City

Part of a 4-man team that was volunteering at a local stray dog shelter. We came up with an idea
about making sustainable dog houses after touring the facility. After several consultations with a
local sustainability expert, we made 4 dog houses with pulp that was mixed from recycled paper.
The team also helped clean the shelter and placed the dog houses we made.
