AFFIDAVIT OF NON EMPLOYMENT

I, GIGIE S. MALAGOS, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of
Sapu Masla, Malapatan, Sarangani Province, Philippines, after being duly
sworn in accordance with law, depose and state that:

1. I am the Barangay Sapu Masla Secretary since 2002 to present at

Barangay in Sapu Masla, Malapatan, Sarangani Province;

2. I’ve never been employed in the Government Agency since then;

3. I am executing this Affidavit attest to the truth and veracity of the

foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose this affidavit may best
serve.
