AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, HUNTSMAN DANTE GULAPA, single, Filipino, of legal

age, and a resident of No. 31 Fairy St., Dwarf Village, City of
Manila, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
the law, hereby depose and say:
1. That I personally know Snow F. White;
2. That being in the same neighborhood, I always see and
greet Snow White whenever we cross path in the village;
3. That due a long day’s work the day before, I decided,
on March 1, 2019, to go home earlier than usual;
4. That I reached the gate of Dwarf Village at around 5;00
pm, and decided to walk to the house from the said gate;
5. That the street where Snow White resides is adjacent
to the street where I live, and taking the street where she lives
is the shortest way to my house;
6. That after a few minutes of walking from the village
gate to my house, upon reaching the vicinity of Snow White’s
house, I heard a loud laughter of a woman;
7. That upon hearing the laughter, I looked at where it
was coming from, and saw that Queen Grimehilde was leaving
Snow White’s house;
8. That I personally know Queen Grimehilde because she
was my former employer, and I was her best huntsman;
9. That upon seeing Queen Grimehilde, I hid under the
bush near the house of Snow White, and after she left, I
looked through one of the windows in the house of Snow
White;
10. That upon peering through the window, I saw Snow
White unconscious while clutching her stomach;

11. That approximately two (2) feet away from Snow

White’s unconscious body, was an apple with one bite;
 6. That I went straight inside her house and immediately
attended to her and check her pulse and heartbeat;
7. That upon failing to get even a slight response from
her, and without any hesitation, I brought her to St. Disney
Medical Center to get medical attention;
8. That shortly after waking up, Snow White told us what
transpired in the afternoon of March 1, 2019;
10. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the
truth of the foregoing statements and to support the filing of
the Criminal cases against Queen Grimehilde.
