Term 1 - Assessment

1. Clear cut project heading & objectives

Create an online presence and a self-sustainable model for Sanket Foundation

Objectives:

1) understanding the DHH community better- learning sign language, going to their homes, spending
time with them

2) increasing digital presence, having humans sanket page, blog posts and making videos

3) increasing awareness - language workshops in schools, colleges and nearby societies

4) Fundraising -by organizing walk, musical event, having csr activity with corporates

5) Subtitling in movie theatres

2. Team feedback

The whole team (Satya, Aishwarya, Karan) were cooperate and completely took responsibility and
finished tasks within the given timelines, they are very punctual and none of them were absent in any of
the meetings.

3. Tasks finished & work done till now

 understanding background and their challenges faced by them

 made 2 videos on the lives of DHH children and their families
 created social media accounts
 shared our writeup on sanket’s ex-students for the blog posts
 planning the fund raiser event, the budget, schedule date, list of events and sponsorship.
 Adding subtitle in hindi movie released in theaters – a pvr csr initiative.
4. Tangible output/s to be produced by the end of tenure.

Corporate tie ups for funding and increasing online presence and awareness about organization and
DHH community
