Regular Meeting of Directors

March 13, 2019

A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Group #3 was called to order via Skype at 8:00 pm
pursuant to the notice sent to all directors in accordance with the bylaws.

The following four directors were present: Heather Harris-Cooper, Dana Squires, Melissa Way.
Ivy Manibo.

Heather Harris-Cooper, Chairperson, presided and Ivy Manibo, Recording Secretary, recorded
the proceedings of the meeting, Dana Squires acted as the Timekeeper and Melissa Way acted as Editor.

The agenda of the meeting were approved.

It was MOVED by Dana Squires and SECONDED by Melissa Way, Ivy Manibo and Heather Harris-
Cooper that the last meeting minutes will be adopted.

It was MOVED by Heather Harris-Cooper and SECONDED by Dana Squires, Melissa Way and Ivy
Manibo that title of “Chairman” in the last Meeting Minutes proceedings will be amended as
“Chairperson”.

It was MOVED by Heather Harris-Cooper and SECONDED by Dana Squires, Melissa Way and Ivy
Manibo that item 4 on the agenda “Where to start on the Presentation”. Dana Squires and Ivy Manibo
will get examples on their workplace policy manuals. Heather Harris-Cooper and Melissa Way will do
research on “Effective Policy Manual”.

It was MOVED by Melissa Way and SECONDED by Dana Squires, Ivy Manibo and Heather Harris
Cooper that item 5 on the agenda “PowerPoint Theme,” to use Berlin on the presentation.

It was MOVED by Heather Harris-Cooper and SECONDED by Dana Squires and Melissa Way that
item 6 on the agenda “alternate meeting dates and times” be changed. The third meeting will be
schedule on March 28, 2019. at 8:30 p.m.

It was MOVED by Heather Harris-Cooper and SECONDED by Dana Squires, Ivy Manibo and
Melissa Way that item 7 “new business,” we would do brainstorming and collaborate on the
organization of the Powerpoint presentation for our next meeting

The next meeting of the Board will be held on March 20 at 8:30 p.m.

The meeting adjourned at 9:18 p.m.
