1.) Do and perform any and all acts necessary for the management, administration, and
maintenance of the following units:

As for the registered AirBnB units: Unit 7G Bellagio Tower 3 Forbes Town Road,
Bonifacio Global City, Taguig 1634 and Unit 25J Avant Tower 3rd Avenue corner
26th Street Bonifacio Global City, Taguig;
As for (please state purpose of the unit): Unit 6M Bellagio Tower 3 Forbes Town
Road, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig 1634.
2.) Enforce any and all lawful rights and claims I may have against any former, present,
or future adverse interest thereon and to eject or remove tenants or other persons from
and recover possession of above-mentioned properties by all lawful means, including but
not limited to:
4.) Further, that my said agent is required and empowered to enter into a lease on my
behalf for the above-mentioned properties, collect, enforce, and demand payment for
rent, appropriate fees, penalties and surcharges, if applicable subject to compliance of
rules and regulations of their respective condominium associations where the subject
units are located, and;
5.) Sign on my behalf all pertinent documents in furtherance of the authorities above.
