1) Linux is the name gave by operation system to computer unix, Linux is one example of the
development of free software and major open source. Like free software and other open sources

Linux not best as windows,but many programmer use linux than windows.

2) 1. Linuxmint

Linux Mint is a computer operating system designed to work on many modern systems, including
generally x86 and x64 computers. Linux Mint can be aligned with the Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac OS,
and freeBSD operating systems.

2. Ubuntu
Ubuntu is a free and open-source Debian-based operating system and Linux distribution. Ubuntu is built
using the Debian infrastructure and consists of servers, desktops, and Linux operating systems.

3.Fedora

Fedora is a Linux-based operating system that displays the latest developments in free and open
software. Fedora is always free for anyone to use, change, and distribute. Fedora is built by many people
all over the world who work together in the community: the Fedora Project. The Fedora project is open
and everyone can join.

4. OpenSuse

OpenSUSE is an operating system from one of the Linux distributions built under the Linux kernel.
OpenSUSE is the successor to "SuSE Linux Professional. Like most other Linux distributions, openSUSE
includes default Graphic User Interfaces and the Command line interface option.

5. Archlinux

Arch Linux (or Arch) is an i686 / x86-64 distro that was developed independently based on the rolling-
release package model. This distro developer design approach focuses on minimalism, code elegance,
program truth and modernity.

6. Debian
Debian is a computer operating system composed of software packages released as free and open
software with a majority GNU General Public License and other free software licenses. Debian GNU /
Linux contains the GNU operating system tools and the Linux kernel is a popular and influential Linux
distribution. Debian is distributed with access to the repository with thousands of software packages
ready for installation and use.

7. CentOS

CentOS is a Linux Distro that is suitable for use on an Enterprise scale or company scale that is free or
free. CentOS itself is coded from the Red Hat Enterprise (RHEL) source code developed in a community
called CentOS Project.

8. Mageia

Mageia is a GNU / Linux-based Free Software operating system. This is a community project, supported
by a nonprofit organization from selected contributors.

9. Slackware
Slackware is one of the earliest Linux distributions, and is the oldest that is still managed. Slackware's
main goals are stability and ease of design, and become the most Unix-like Linux distribution.

10. PcLinuxOS

PCLinuxOS, sering disingkat sebagai PCLOS, adalah sebuah Sistem operasi desktop. Ini adalah sebuah
sistem operasi bebas untuk komputer pribadi yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan penggunaan.
