    WARRANTY/ RETURN POLICY

    Player Wheel Group, LTD. (hereafter referred as PWG) warrants to the original purchaser that wheels distributed
    will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and reasonable use for one year from date of
    purchase. PWG’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or, at PWG’s option, replacement, without
    charge except for transportation and installation of any wheel in which PWG’s opinion is defective in material or
    workmanship.
    Upon claim to PWG, the warranty applies as follows: PWG warrants its wheels to be structurally sound for their life-

    time. Any and all out of round claims must be made within 30 days of purchase. PWG warrants the chrome finish for
    1 year and the paint finish for 90 days. All warrants claim must be claimant’s original invoice or bill of sale, which is
    provided by the end user of said products. Any claim made pursuant to this warranty shall be conditioned upon
    PWG’s inspection of wheels upon which claim is made and PWG’s determination that there is a defect in material of
    workmanship.
    This warrant shall not apply to:
     Any defect, malfunction or, failure, caused by: damage while in transit, off-highway use, competitive events, conversion
    adapters, or by abuse, misuse, accident or neglect.

     Wheels that have been altered, repaired, or chrome plated by anyone other than PWG.

     Wheels that have not been installed in accordance with normal installation or installed with incorrect tire sizes or used
    with excessive loads.

     Wheels that have been installed with other than PWG approved hardware, such as: lug nuts/bolts, valve stems, balancing
    weights and center caps.

     Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to chemicals, caustic-cleaning agents, climate conditions,
    neglect, or lack of proper cleaning.

     Damage caused by incorrect mounting or installation.

     Appearance defects in wheels that have been mounted after purchase or have been sold as a blemished product.

     Player Wire wheels, which have a one (1) year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

     Real Wire wheels, which have a thirty (30) day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

    This warranty is valid only for wheels purchased in the United Stated and when the wheel is returned to the author-
    ized dealer from whom it was purchased, freight prepaid, together with proof of purchase. Transfer of title by original
    retail purchaser voids the warranty.
    This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty given with respect to the wheel and all other express warranties are
    hereby excluded. Neither PWG nor an authorized PWG dealer who sells the wheels is responsible for indirect, inci-
    dental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or
    do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations on implied
    warranties and/or the exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.
    This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

    Procedures to Follow When Making a Claim:


    1. Contact a purchasing dealer to alert them of your claim. At this time an official return authorization number
    (RGA#) will be issued. Product must be re-boxed, well secured and protected with bubble wrap or foam. RGA#
    must be clearly marked on all shipping materials and supporting paperwork of return or return will be refused.
    2. Arrange to have the wheels shipped, freight prepaid, to: Player Wheel Group, LTD. 116 South Meridian Road,
    Youngstown Ohio 44509.
    3. Include the following a.) Copy of the original invoice for the returned wheels b.) Explanation on why wheel is be-
    ing returned.
    4. Upon receipt of the wheels, Player will inspect them per the warranty claim and contact the dealer to determine
    the appropriate course of action. Returns will not be accepted without a RGA#!

    Please follow these instruction carefully. Your credit depends on the condition of the merchandise upon
    receipt. PWG will not be responsible for any damage due to improper packaging
