TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• I do hereby confirm that I have completed 18 years of age on this day of submitting my application to the Company for the consideration. On acceptance of my
application by the Company, I may be termed as Representative/Subscriber/Customer/Executive of the Company and I shall be abide by the Terms and Conditions
laid down by the Company, copy of which has been provided to me and I declare that I have read and understood the same before submitting my application.

• I undertake not to refer or introduce any products/services which are not promoted or provided by the Company.

•I understand that my subscription/membership/business centre cannot be sold/ transferred to any person other than my nominee.

•I shall not represent/act myself as an authorised representative/agent/or employee of the Company in any transaction nor I do have any expressed/implied/extensible
authority either expressly or impliedly on behalf of the Company.

• It shall be sole discretion of the Company to deal with its own business by laying down necessary Rules/Regulations/Policies and Procedures from the time to time
and I shall abide by the same.

• This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between myself and Super Royal Holiday and no other promises, representation, guarantees or agreements of any
kind shall be valid unless given in writing. Jurisdiction in respect of any and all dispute arising out of or in relation to this agreement shall vest exclusively in the courts
of Bengaluru Jurisdiction.

• The agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country and all claims and disputes and other matters between parties of this agreement shall be brought to the
appropriate court of Law, Bengaluru.

• For all the purpose, only English version will be taken as the official copy. No printed material by Representative/Customer/Executive is allowed to be circulated
without the written permission of the Company, otherwise Representative/Customer/Executive could be terminated.

• The Company shall deduct Tax at Source (TDS) from the incentives as per rates prescribed under the Income Tax Act, 1961.

• Any Business Associate found guilty of spreading any sort of misleading information can be terminated at the discretion of the Company.

• The Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, damages caused by breach, cancellation or suspension of this agreement, whether or
not the possible reasons for such damages is known to the Company.

• Any Representative/Customer/Executive involving in any activities against the aims/objectives, Rules & Regulations of the Company such person would be removed
without notice and appropriate action would be initiate against him as per the Criminal and Civil Law.

• Any Representative/Customer/Executive shall not be construed as the permanent employee of the Company.

• All the payment/acceptance shall be made to/from the Company’s Bank Account.

• Company shall not be responsible for payment made for any place /person . In case any cash has to be deposited same shall be deposited to the Head Office of the
Company and necessary receipt shall be obtained.

• The company provides a buy back policy to the distributor who wishes to resign from his/her distributorship and return any Royal Wellness products that are in good
condition, useable, resale able, restock-able, un-opened and unaltered and the shelf life of the goods have not expired. The product invoice should be within 30days
from the date of purchase.

• On buy back policy 20% of the invoice amount would be deducted towards GST and handling charges if returned within 30days. The product invoice should be
within 30days from the date of purchase.

• The Representative/Customer/Executive shall be eligible for any reward/incentive directly proportionate to the number of referrals made by such person subject to
the eligibility norms formulated by the Company from time to time.

• The Company does not assure any Representative/Customer/Executive of any rewards/incentives merely on account of subscribing to the Company.

• I shall be liable to be pay necessary service charges for any tour package opted by me as per the terms and conditions which I have read and understood.

• I shall be liable to pay necessary taxes applicable including GST on the rewards/incentives/ products received by me from the company.

• I authorise the Company for Tax Deduction at Source(TDS) for any payments made to me.

• The Company will approve the Representative/ Customer/Executive by issuing an official receipt and an online registration, which will carry the password and an
identification number know as Track ID as chosen by the Company. The password and the Track ID have to be quoted by the panellist in all his/her transactions and
correspondence with the company. The track ID once chosen cannot be altered at any point of time.

• All individual Representative/Customer/Executive should adhere to the rules and regulations formed by the
organisation and if any of the Representative/Customer/Executive is guilty of not observing the same, then he/she
shall be liable to be terminated from the same. The company reserves all rights to terminate a Representative/
Customer/Executive non-compliance of any of its rules, regulations and guidelines.

• The Representative/Customer/Executive shall always behave and act in dignified manner befitting the status of a
Representative/Customer/Executive of a reputed and leading establishment of the country.

• Trip packages may not be assured during seasonal holidays like Christmas Holidays, Summer Holidays etc.

• Any representative shall not be entitled for refund of amount in the event that such representative wishes to return
the products of the Company beyond 30 days from the date of receipt of such products .
• On buy back policy, if the request is within (1-7 days 80%), (7-14 days 70%), (15-21 days 50%), (22-31 days 40%)
of the amount would be refunded after deducting GST and handling charges of Rs. 580/-. The product invoice
should be within 30 days from the date of purchase.
