Event Name: Transform Me 2018 (TM2018) Youth Conference

Place of engagement: Handsworth, Birmingham

a) Time of performance: 19:00pm

b) Length of performance: 10-20 Mins

It is agreed between the Promoter engages the Artist and the Artist agrees to perform as

laid out in this document, based on the terms and conditions provided.

The Promoter Will:

STAGING:

Ensure the stage/performance area is clear from all clutter and wires before

artist presents on stage. Please have the stage set and sound check done

including music through stage monitors.

EQUIPMENT SPECS:

Provide necessary Props that will be requested 10 days before the event.

Ensure Monitor System is set on stage, at least 2 or more on.

Provide an auxiliary lead to play music on sound system if necessary.

BACKSTAGE ACCOMODATIONS

Provide a backstage cool ROOM – with a closed off backstage AREA where

artist is separated from the audience.

Ensure performers are provided with bottled water during, before and after

their performance.

Provide a Fan (to cool and dry the artist face), Mirror and water (to paint face)

in the changing room. Also drinking water for before and after stage presents.

PERFORMANCE PAYMENT:

a. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking, that’s if any other

agreements hasn’t been made. Payment of deposit indicates acceptance of

the terms and conditions in this document.

b. The balance is to be paid in full on the day except for 5 working days

following The Artist performance period.

c. Ensure cash payment is issue to Adrian Anderson (Speechless Mime) on the

same day of ministry or please see invoice for a breakdown of payment

methods. Bank details are provided, please refer to the invoice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

a. If the Artist is unable to perform for any other reason, he/she will be deemed

responsible. Artist will forfeit any payment and be removed from the

performance roster.

b. The Artist is expected to arrive at the venue for check-in at very least 1-hour

before scheduled performance time, and will report to side-stage at the very

least 30 minutes before allotted sound check time.

c. A 50% deposit confirm that the Promoter and Artist have read and approve of

each provision set forth above (With the exception of any other pre

agreements). If a contract is not available, an email response may be set forth

by Artist or management representative, stating clearly that he/she has “read

in full and agree in entirety to all terms and conditions in ‘‘Speechless contract”.

d. 50% deposit is non-refundable if requested. If for any reason the event is

cancelled, or the artist cannot perform because of the fault of the promotor or

the event.

DETAIL. FOLLOW-UP EVENT INFORMATION WILL BE SUPPLIED BY EITHER THE

PA OF SPEECHLESS AND PRODUCTION COORDINATOR OF THE EVENT.

services for this event. Any alterations to this arrangement you’d like to discuss, please

do so before agreeing and sending confirmation.

point contact.
