The conceptual framework of the study uses the input-process-output (IPO) whereas the
input of the study that the researchers aim to determine the customer’s choices is based on their
preferences to attain satisfaction in terms of: sanitation, price, location, food quality, service, and
ambiance. The process is to determine the insights of customers by knowing their preferences
that were asked using questionnaires. Statistical analyzation of data and the output of the study to
have a better result of comparison between the two kinds of restaurant leads to a concrete data
that can be used by the customers in choosing a place to spend their time and money for food.
