Welcome gentles, one and all,

To the splendour of this sacred hall.

Now doth your caps and shout hazar,
Sponnaissance comes from lands afar,

Audrey Synder this piece did write,

A lively number full of delight.
Sing with joy come lend an ear,
We trust you’ll receive this with rowdy cheer.

Lirum Lirum an exiting ditty,

The crumhorns n’ recorders we hope you’ll find fitting
The drumming keeps this piece in time,
Along with cadences ending in rhyme.

Now for a more solemn affair,

Weep o’mine eyes with you we share.
A quiet song of love and lament ,
A homage to John Dowland of English descent.

Cantate Domino, a religious score,

For sopranos, altos, tenors and more.
A rousing chorus of 6 harmony parts,
This song we sing with joy in our hearts.

This is our last number but have no fear,

For in your hearts we still are here.
In Birmingham we hope to see,
An audience as good as thee.
